The Organic Smokehouse is a new product line we are carrying featuring: Oak Smoked Salmon, Honey & Thyme Roasted Salmon, Elder Flower Gravadlax, Smoked Sea Slat, Smoked Butter & Olive Oil as well as smoked Cheddar & Parmigiano ...Reggiano. We will also be sharing our own smoked seafood pates & salads as well as the full line of MacKight smoked salmon, all being served with fresh baked Wave Hill Breads from Wilton, CT.
